Alternator output
Probably a dumb question, but I can't find the answer in the Owner's Manual and haven't had a chance to get a Service Manual yet. I noticed that the main charge wire from the alternator is fused with a 140 amp fuse. So, is the alternator output 140 amps or is the circuit over-fused a little to account for any surges, etc. Truck details in sig...... Thanks
