99vs01 drw rear

What rear axles are these?? The `01 is wider correct? Will they swap out easily? thanks

Why would it be wider? If it is drum brakes it should swap just fine.

They should still be the same width...the only thing different "could" be the brakes.

NOW, the '01 wheels have a different offset to get bigger tires on them, but thats it!

Is it `01 and `02? Would they mount right up?? thanks

00 - 02.5 have wheels with about 3/8" more back spacing to accomadate the wider 235/85 rubber that the 00 and up duallies came with stock.....99 and earlier duallies came with 215's and didn't require quite as much back spacing because the tire is not quite as wide. All the 8 lug wheels share the 8 on 6.5 mounting pattern. You can use the newer wheels on the 99 and down trucks.
