"53" Block or Not???

I looked on my Block on the Driver side, below the injector pump and just above the oil pan. My Block has a "55" cast into it. I hope I am looking in the right spot and this means I Do Not have the dreaded "53" Block. Any Help will be greatly appreciated!

Oh and one more question... How do I tell what Turbo is on my truck? And what Tranny I have? Everything is stock on the truck except for the k&n and straight pipe. (I guess that was 2 questions)

Thanks,
Josh

If you have only 2 foot pedals you have a automatic 47re. Yep you have a 55 not a 53.
