+3 or +4 ???

+3 or +4 ???

Hey guys, I read somewhere that with a tranny upgraded from stock, in my case vb, tc and suncoast kit, that people recommend using AFT +3 in a high performance tranny, cause it has less friction modifiers, I am funning ATF +4 now, should I flush it out and put +3 in? and What are the advantages?

Also heard a few go to Dexron III?

I am running ATF+3 in my DTT Tranny but I would run what Suncoast
recomends in yours.

my sunciast kit did not come with any kind of instructions, so that is why I am asking
