Fellow DTR members, I know this has been beat to death on here but I gotta ask the question because my issues are particular. I have been on deployment for the last 8 months and my truck has only been driven about 400 miles during that period of time. I have had this truck for 10 years and have never had any issues with it nor was it throwing any codes prior to my departure. This truck is 100% stock and has never had any tune stored in it. Anyway, I know the codes are (P0234) Turbo Boost Limit Exceeded and (P1291) No Temperature Rise from Air Intake Heater. I have read all day about other people's problems and have done the following. I have metered all connections and verified them good. (Grounds, voltage as per Chiltons manual, and all relays are working.) I have also verified the wiring going to and from the MAP Sensor and all looks great. The truck runs flawlessly and starts perfect. I am currently measuring around 20lbs of boost at WOT. Other than that, any recommendations? I have yet to pull the MAP sensor and clean it but that is the next option.
