Is this normal? In normal weather, it runs 13,14,15#, even under full throttle. Since this cold weather, it will be at 1# until I heat the relocated liftpump with the propane torch. Is there a 12v heating element I could wrap the LP in? I use Powerservice every fill.
Thanks.

I'm thinking gel. If the fuel isn't liqued it will have issues moving it.

I would agree with that theory, except that if it was gelled in the pump, it would definitely be gelled in the smaller injector lines. I don't believe this is the case, because it still runs.
If I wait long enough, the pressure will come up. Whether it is from the heat generated by the pump itself, or the warmed fuel returning from the injection pump.

Maybe the pump is getting weak and the fuel is starting to thicken. The pump can't handle the extra load. Did you put a pre-LP filter on it? Maybe that is where your starting to gel. Are you able to put a Halogen light under the truck aimed at the LP? That would be an alternative if you can't find something 12V.

If you're plugging it in at night, maybe some pipewrap heat tape from the hardware store with the plug near the Block Heater plug would help.

Hey goes ShovelHead and his wild ideas...

I personal think its time for a better pump. But ShovelHead's idea would work...

I did think of that, but I'm thinking a small battery blanket is cheaper. That 110 tape isn't cheap!
It was fine today, but it warmed up to 0 last night.
