What's it worth?

Looking at buying a 92 5speed 4x4 extended cab W250 with 143000 miles and crank windows and door locks. The truck is very tight all the way around with a big bumper and winch on front. The only rust i saw was on the rocker panels and the bed had been roughed up a little but the rest is straight. Its never had a gooseneck or fifth wheel and only recently had a reese hitch put on at 126,000 miles so it has never pulled anything that i know of. old guy had it up until this point and the truck has a very tight 5speed with slight play in the steering and maybe a seal on the transfer case leaking just a hair. Has been repainted with a crap job done but mechanically i would say its in great condition with exception of the steering. What am i gonna have to pay for the truck? I also hear that the 5speed 4x4 extended cab is most sought after. Any replies appreciated

run $5000-$3000 here for a truck that sounds like that. a clean club cab 4wd 5spd was $5-7k

well im from Tennessee and even what i would call (not so good) trucks, as far as condition wise and two wheel drive 300,000 miles automatics, fetch 3k. I have also looked at a 92' club cab two wheel drive automatic 160,000 miles with a water salvage title and the guy is still asking 5k. Does location have something to do with the price difference. This is one of the cleaner 1st gens i have looked at.
