I am suposed to go and look at a rear the guy said its from a 91 cummins 350 single wheel with a 3 speed auto he said its a dana 60 but is not sure it looks like a 70 in the pictures do any of you know what they came with

 

my 89 250 with a 3sp has the dana 70 or 71 with 3.07 gears

 

It should be a Dana 71 w/3.07 gears.

 

My 91 D350 is a dually, but it is a dana 70 w/3.07 rearend. Hope this helps.

 

If it has 3.07's it's a 71.

 

Should be a metal tag on the rear end cover bolts. Clean it up so you can read it.

 

thanks I went and picked it up today and it is a 70 with 3.07's I really just need the housing the one in my truck spun the carrior race and messed up the cap and the side I have 3.55's now but maybe I will try it with the other gears
