Pretty much all the 8mm bolts on the Cummins are 18 ft/lb.

I am pretty quick with that FSM. Makes good bathroom reading, once you've been through it a few time you know where to find stuff. Good to know somebody's on duty when I'm offline.

I believe the valve cover bolts are 10mm and are 18 foot lbs
