Transgo vs fairbanks shift kits? Stg 1? 2 ? 3?

I have the fairbanks kit in mine and my friend has that transgo in his. Both are good shift kits the only real difference is that the fairbanks kit is much simpler. The transgo kit is a nice kit as well but it is complicated. hope this helps.
