Will easily do 120. On the dyno I let off at 122 = 3600 rpm. I think @ 4000 it would do 137.

On a steep hill it will only take my 7000# brick up it at 2400 rpms before it starts defueling which is about 77mph, I can cruise at 80 which is about 2500 rpms, and going downhill I can hit about 92 or so. Not to bad for 4.10's, 5speed and 35" tires and a stock spring, can't wait to get a 3200 gsk though!!

Mine is still pulling nicely at 95 where I chicken out. Things are just too interesting at that speed. I don't have a tach but I know my speedo is dead on. I blame it on the 3200 spring and the extra fuel. Maybe if I get the wheels balanced and replace the driver's side inner front wheel bearing I will feel comfy about maxing it. And then again, why? I know the old girl can make crazy speed and the comfortable groove seems to be about 65 mph. When I first got the truck it could not break 80 mph.

My truck had 410's when I got it. Somebody replaced speedo parts earlier in its life so an indicated 80 was about 70. Going to the 354's moved the speedo to bang on. Used my GP, a stopwatch and a second vehicle to calibrate it and it was just right. Confirm your speedo's accuracy. It may be a little optimistic like mine was, or it could be right on. The governor won't hold the rev's down when going down hill, it just shuts off fuel. I hate to think of how fast one can get going down hill with a heavy trailer on. Sure made those brake shoes smoke though.

Actually my speedo hasn't worked since I got my truck, all my speeds are from those "your speed is" radar sign thingy's along the interstate, or from buddies and there vehicles following me. After having the truck almost a year and driving it 7 days a week I know all my speeds by the tach and can't see spending the $75 for a speed sensor, if that's even my problem!
