Too many heat exchangers!!

Too many heat exchangers!!

Just pulled apart the front end of my truck trying to figure out the best way to mount a 3rd gen intercooler. Looks like the trans cooler that sits right above the stock intercooler is going to be in the way a bit. I've got a trans cooler under the bed along with the coolant/trans fluid heat exchanger, so do you guys think I would be ok to run this cooler (the one above the stock intercooler) where it won't get as much air flow? Or possibly eliminate it? I have a tight TC and VB, running along the freeway (even on grades) in OD I really don't get above 150* in the pan. Thanks!
