Steering ?
Steering ?
Here is what i have done so far. Have a 91.5 w250 that originally had 3 inch spring blocks on the rear and i replaced them with factory 6 inchblocks like my 92 had. I know that everything works on a pendilum in theory so when i did this it put a lot more weight on the front springs and the truck really ran down hill, and caused the springs to have negative arch to the point that the rear of the front springs was hitting the framewith the spring eyes. So took the front springs off and had them rearched put them back on and it raised the truck almost 2 inchs. the springs are level and the truck almost sits level. Befor all of this the truck drove straight down the road with the stearing wheel straight were it was supposed to be. When the front springs raised it 2 inches back to stock ride hieght it turned the steering wheel to the right a little over a quarter of a turn, and toe in is good and caster camber is good. The truck will turn a quarter turn more to the left than it will to the right. What can i do to fix this?
How can a guy do that when the steering shaft at the steering gear has a pin to go through the shaft and the the splines. or is there several spots to put the pin back through. I've never had one apart yet.
