Future mods.

I will be swapping to electric fans, I doubt they will run very often exept when the AC is on.

I guess since its better than whats on there now and I already have it I will put it on.
[IMG][/IMG]

For those times I need some extra go power.

I may also pull off the intake horn and compare the third gen and first gen side by side. Then which ever will flow more after being ported, thats the one going back on.

there $219 new, they come from the 05+ Chevy trucks/suvs. I need to remeasure, they may be too wide to fit. Good thing I have 3 other sets laying around, some combo has to fit.

the tube is from and extra chevy 6.0L intake I had and the filter is an over the counter 96-98' 5.7L chevy direct replacement K&N. there only $45 vs. 100 for the 1st gen one that really isnt bigger, plus this one has a 4" clamp on end to it.

Hmmm must be the difference between reg cab and club cab. It looks like it will be right in the way on my club cab. Looks great btw. What did you have before and how does it compare, noise wise?

Before I had 3" strait pipe exiting in front of the rear tire. Now its actually quieter at highway speeds. Accelerating its alot deeper tone too. Spoolup is slightly quicker, but still slow because of the 21cm housing. Cruise boost is lower 1psi.
