stack

I am thinking of either instaling a single exhaust stack or running a new underbody exhaust. What is involved in putting a stack in? It looks like there is a cross member or something in the way right where i want the stack. I don't want to cut into it if i dont have to but if it's not neccesary then i will cut it out.
Thanks, Zach.

I put mine up through the body just aft of the cross member. I did not want to cut mine.

On my 92 I had a cross member and a bed brace in the way. I built mine a little different than Richie O. On mine I built a 8'' wide by 6'' deep box and mounted it across my bed. Rather than cutting a brace ect. I came into the box from the back side rather than thru the bottom which cleared the braces. It's a clean install like Richie Os and sounds great with the twin 6'' stacks, has a deep deep throated sound that doesn't drone you to sleep. Like Richie Os setup you will miss the braces and have a neat stack assembly you can be proud of. Good luck with it.
