DId you replace your caliper hoses? They can cause some real problems, and are the only brake related thing I can think of that might do that.

hi rock ; had a fellow who had a similar problem with pulling , he changed everthing and finally changed the front brake hose and lo and behold that was the problem . seems the hose had a fdlap of rubber loose inside which acted like a check valve causing the brake to hang on. also sometimes the limited slip rear end will give the wandering feeling hope you get it fixed pete c .

the hoses are double lined and yes sometimes the inner lining will colapse. If you can bleed them and they both bleed out nice and even, it's harder to imagine that being the problem tho

I guess I should of listened to freddy2pipes. After double checking the brakes to make sure they were freeing up I found a spot in the steering when the front drivers side u-joint was on the right angle it would pop back and forth. That is why when I would try to correct it driving it would go too far and I would end up oversteering left, right and so on until the u-joint was off that angle. I just got the truck back and it drives like new. The other parts didn't hurt it any. It took the shop a couple of hours to replace them and it would of taken me days, and knuckles. Hope this might help someone with the same problems.

One other thing to check on the front of the 4X4 trucks is the spring eye bushings. It is often over looked and can be the cause of a lot of steering problems.
