alright im done with the factory speedo, it reads im doing 20 , while im in park. but is there an alternative to buying another factory speedo for $350, im thinking like an autometer, electric or mech, i just would like something cheeper than another truck payment., and i wouldnt mine plug and play if possible.

 

you should be able to find a junkyard speedo for $20 or less, just no guarantee the odometer will work

 

Does it read 20 ahead all the time? Mine did this when I got it. Just take your speedo cover off. Get some curved needle nose pliers to hold the shaft, then pull your needle off, and with someone following to tell you how fast youre going, put the needle there.

well if the odo dont work i can just swap the gears over from mine that i just recently fixed


no id dont read 20 ahead all the time, most of the time it dont read at all. i just put it into park and it started to rise and fall
