My personal favorite trucks are the '91-'93 regular cab, 2wd Dually's. I love their stance. A lot of 4wd dually's I have seen, look sort of strange, as far as the stance. I still love 'em though.

If you have nothing against the 727, then you shouldn't have anything against a 518. They share the same internals, many people have swapped from 727's to 518's and compared the internals between the two, and they were the same. A 518 will do anything a 727 will do.

Wouldn't we all...

I'm gathering information for an NV-4500 conversion, and hope to have it completed by 2030...

That's my red dually that Rumblefish posted. The way I did the installation, noone can tell it's a conversion. The RAM250 emblem on the front fenders make everyone look twice and is the only giveaway. The one thing that I don't like is the missing marker lights. I have a set but haven't the time to put them on. After that's done, it will really look factory. I opted for a conversion kit because I really wanted a dually but try finding a first gen. on this island. I bought mine from my dad in Oregon. If you can find the parts in your neck of the woods, go all the way and get a complete factory bed and do the swap.

The missing fender lights are what made me look twice. Get those installed, and no one will be able to tell the difference.

Your truck looks really good by the way, I love the red.

No SPRK, my truck is white, from Santa Rosa Ca., was a W250 single wheel ex. cab, and then converted to a dually, using Arrowcraft fenders, etc. I also run 19.5's. How coincidental is that? maybe you knew the truck. It was purchased from Santa Rosa Dodge in 92. Sold a few years back to a guy in Pittsburgh and now resides in my garage.
