The 99 to 2002 powerstroke. I used a 99 but those years should be the same.

7.3 Mine's out of an 01, I'm pretty sure that 99-01 or 02 will fit....pre-6.0 Look for the all- aluminum models, as I think some came with plastic tanks that aren't as durable.

Any Intercooler from 99-2007.5 Ford will work. The 6.0 Cooler can be used in place of the 7.3L cooler even in Ford applications. The inlet outlet are about .75" inches different in location, not enough to make a difference. I've installed stock 6.0 coolers in 7.3 trucks using the stock 7.3 tubes. The inlet and outlet sizes are also .250" different on the 6.0 IIRC. The only difference is in the ID and length of the intercooler boots, no big deal.

The early 99 trucks had smaller coolers and I would avoid them unless the deal is really good. I pulled out the old intercooler in my 91 6BTA and replaced it with a 6.0 Ford intercooler and it dropped the EGT another 150*F over the intercooler I had installed. Only thing to look out for is cracked end tanks (plastic) on the 6.0's. The 99-2000.5 (end date approx.) had alum tanks. The 6.0 plastic tanks will hold about 40PSI with no problem, the 7.3 will hold 38PSI no problem. If the cooler is in good shape it'll take more, but 40 and 38 are continuous duty and high ambient temps.
