I pulled the power window motor and regulator on my truck. I replaced the motor and am trying to reinstall The regulator but am having a hell of a time. Any tricks for the reinstall while keeping the glass in.

Reading the service manual. The stop on the bottom has to be drilled off, the wiper strips removed and I believe the vent window piece.
It's not a fun job. Did my sons tacoma and it was 15 minutes. Part from toyo came in a large plastic ziplock bag which was trimmed to be the new vapor barrier.

they use 1/8 butane cause which is available from Amazon. Rear glass seal.

I used the same link honobiahunter posted and it works when I did mine. I just remember it being tight and sacrificing lots of skin & blood.
