Looking to do a power mirror to manual mirror swap. Want to put a pair of west coast mirrors on, only problem is the large hole that the OEM power mirrors will leave.

plan on painting the truck at some point. Do I just weld on a circle patch? Or is there a way to use the oem base to attach to?

Call me a redneck, but I put foil tape over the hole and painted over top. Basic white work truck so doesn't stand out. Hasn't peeled off yet.
