POD Injector Install

I'm getting ready to install some PODS I just bought and I have a quick question. I've never done a set before so I'm trying to take my time and do everything right. The pods seem to have the injector hold down nut on the injector and not able to come off. This seems like it would be hard to line up the little ball that fits in the injector bore. Just want to make sure this is how it goes. Thanks. Any other suggestions would be helpful.

the nut will come off.You need it to slip over the body.

I had a set of PODS and the nut does NOT come off. The stock injector nuts for our 1st gens will come off
though.

I have pods in my truck and I was worried about the same exact problem but it is not an issue at all. They go in far enough to engage the alignment ball before the nut hits the threads.

Yep just got them all in I saw that the little ball caught the hole with I sat it in there so I didn't think it mattered.

I just wish I had a stinkin turbo on there so I could go drive it a little bit

Got an hx40 on the way just trying to figure out how to do the exhaust. I think this adapter will work to let me use a v-band to clamp the big end which is 4" to the back of the turbo and the other end which is 3" with the factory clamp to the downpipe that way I don't have to spend $200 on a down pipe and then a whole 4" exhaust. Do you guys think this will work?
