I am trying to find a quick fix with the cruise control on my truck. It is a very cheap truck and I already jumped the o.d. out to get that working. As I dont have alot of money to work on this, and it will probably primarily only be used for towing. The cheapest and quickest way would be paramount. I am wondering if there is a way to power the cruise buttons and use them independant of any temp sensors and the like, that might control it.

 

Just wanted to chime in. I'm pretty much in the same boat. My OD works but cant seem to trouble shoot the rest of it. I havent found anything in the sticky that seems to be of any help. If i come up up with anything in the next few days or so I will send some info>
