My junk now has a condensor and 2nd gen cooler behind the 86-90 grille.
You probly did, Well the condensor isn't goin anywhere, look me up when you get out this way.
I'll do that, unless my dad and cousin figure out how to get a bunch of my stuff out here before I get out there. They are trying to work out a way to bring me some of the stuff I left behind last summer.
9mm, I see you a Canadian
, I don't think it gets as hot there. I do like to roll with the windows down too but sometimes its nice to be able to sit in the cool breeze when its 100 out with 85-90% humidity.
I've also always wanted to pull the sled with the A/C on

That is true if I'm in town I will prob use it.
Now that would be nice to do.
What all did you have to do to get it to work? So far I've collected a stock condenser, AC lines, special bracket that (apparently) the compressor mounts to, and the HVAC unit for under the dash. I know I still have to find controls for the HVAC but since I'm getting all this stuff on ebay it's hard to figure out what all I need!

. Our all time record heat in Phoenix is 50 Celsius, about 122 degrees F..I know it may seem that hot, but it really isn't.
...Mark edit, I found this: British Columbia's hottest recorded maximum temperature was 44.4oC on July 16, 1941 at both Lillooet and Lytton. This ties British Columbia for second among Canadian provinces/territories with Manitoba (behind Saskatchewan's national record of 45.0oC). British Columbia is home to the site with the warmest annual temperature in Canada: Sumas Canal in the lower Fraser Valley at 10.7oC. Chilliwack, also in the lower Fraser Valley, at 10.5oC is Canada's warmest city. Kamloops at 26.9oC has Canada's warmest urban summer. Prince Rupert, in contrast, has the coolest urban summer: 15.7oC, over 3 degrees cooler than Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories. I am impressed that it got to 44 C, that is 111 degrees F.. Pretty darn hot for you Canucks heh
Mark
Well the AC works now, Had to cut a hole in the HVAC box the clean out the evap core, It now blows a lot harder out the vents and with the AC on it blow 44 degree air!!! Should be good enough for me. This will be weird I've never had a vehicle with working air.
Heres some pics of what it looked like.
