The killer dowl pin is what they are talking about, check the sticky for the info. The swap isn't bad at all. If you have a friend to help out. I was using the wife and kids to "help" me out. I had close to a dedicated weekend involved with no air tools, just a breaker bar and snap on 1/2" and 3/8" electric impacts! The best advice I can give on the whole thing is remove the core support!

That's awesome. I know of a 93 around here with around 900k. The service manager at the dealer talks about it. The cummins is just amazing.

I'll be picking both trucks up on May 19th from southern Ca. My wife has a training in Az. We are going to pick them up on the way home.
