mirrors, dome lights, radio not working

Just recently my power mirrors, radio, and the dome and cargo lights all quit working. I checked all the fuses that would pertain to those and replaced all the fusible links in the broom-looking connector with fuses. Where do I look now? Is there something that controls all three of these, or am I looking at three seperate failures?

Common to those circuits is fuse 15 and splice M1, which is in the harness over the heater.

Start by checking for power at fuse 15, and also the condition of the wires on the fuse block to fuse 15. If power is good there (check with a load lamp, not just a meter) then it about has to be in the harness.
