Limited-slip "chatter"

I have to change the gear oil every 7,000 miles or so to eliminate the chatter, grabbing of the limited-slip. I've been using Sta-lube New Generation and their additive for limited-slip diffs. Last time I tried the 85w-140 to see if it would last longer. Everytime I change the oil, things quiet down for a while - just not long enough. >
What would you guys recommend that will last longer?
I hear that some of the synthetics are too slippery and LS won't work.
Thanks

Re:Limited-slip "chatter"

Get the Mopar limited slip additive from the dealer. Mine takes 1-1/2 bottles to keep thing quiet. Non of the aftermarket additives or gear oils w/addidtive worked for me.

Jay,
I'll give "normal" gear oil another try with the Mopar additive.
If I still have problems I may try Amsoil like Carl suggested.
