KDP fixed
That was time consuming to get to it, but pretty dang easy. It had barely moved out. I think I tapped it in less than 1/4". It's got a tab over it now and all reassembled. I'm fixing up my donor to drive it for awhile til the crewcab is ready to receive the drivetrain so the donor got a new fender and core support.
Sure did. I took the bolts out the instructions said and applied red threadlocker and retorqued everything. I'm happy that ticking time bomb is fixed now and wont' trash my engine.
Just did mine before the bad weather here in PA came in. The only bolt I couldn't get was the lower right (looking at the engine) that sits behind the gear. The upper one behind the gear I just spun the motor over to get but the other is tucked too far behind the gear.
