Hello,
I have a 1990 3/4 4X4 auto that i am fixing to put a intercooler on besides the intercooler pipes hoses an intake horn is there anything else i will need?

you going to run the second gen cooler? check the stickys at top of forum, in performance

 

Yes refer to the sticky, but here is what I did. I used a 1st gen intercooler, Tims cooler tubes (not the ones for a 2nd gen intercooler BTW). You will have to rotate the intake plentum 180 degrees so the intake horn will fit, this will require some minor fab work to the throttle linkage. Then refer to the sticky again and make you own BAHF.
