Between the pump and the block under the little egg shaped plate?
I had that issue a few years back and couldn't wait for Cummins to ship me the part so I sized it up with a stardard 70durometer o-ring and stuck that in as a temp fix.
I believe that truck is still running around that way,now 7 years later.
