I think its going

well after 200k my auto in my 93 is starting to show signe of wear. when put into gear after sitting a day or so the truck takes about 5 seconds to move. it don't matter if you have it to the floor it will still sit for 5 seconds before it starts to move then after that it is good all day. is this just the drain back valve or something?

As things wear the converter leaks down faster, sounds like you have some worn bushings and internal seals/o rings. If its still running ok after it primes I'd keep on driving it.

My 93 2wd has been like that for 3 years now, I still tow, and use it like normal and no problems. When you fire it up to warm put it in neutral, this will get the trans fluid pumpin.
