i could use some throttle help

so i have been turning my pump up more and more and now i have the power screw in about 4 turns and there is still more to go. but the problem i am having is its to the point where my idle can not go any lower and my idle screw is backed all the way out. so this means its time to reindex the throttle shaft, correct? i looked for a wright up but can not find one, so i figured i would try to figure it out myself, but i dont get it lol does the little bump in the pic need to be ground off to move the arm back further?? or am i completly off track?? any help would be nice, thanks!!

No, you need to lift that bracket up off the splines, turn it a notch and set it back down. Are you close to runaway? Tha throttle shaft will spin freely once the bracket is loose from it and not hitting anything. Just go one notch on the splines though. The throttle shaft is real touchy especially for idle adjustment. Too far one way the truck won't run. Too far the other and it will idle at 2000 rpm

this picture should help you out a bit...

what you want to do is turn the throttle shaft itself clockwise and the linkage/lever counter-clockwise. as jason said above, it is very sensitive.
