How much boost

My truck is pretty stock. It has a bully dog fuel pin a 16cm housing. I have a 3200 spring but have not installed it yet. My boost reaches 19-20 lbs and I get alot of smoke when shifting. Does this boost seem right? I can't find any leaks in the IC or any connections. My biggest concern is the amount of smoke in town it's obnoxious.

Sounds right if your fuel screw is still in stock position.

Do you think a M&H timing spacer would help with the smoke? Also I just backed the starwheel off 1 turn it helped some but definately lost some power
