Nice rig

What door panels are you using in the truck? They look different than the ones I have in my trucks.

it would be easier to convert the crew 4x4 if its not and then drop your cummins into it, the crews have large frames

if you do just stretch the frame you have to notch the floor because of the way the frame is made as stated earlier. nice ride.

The front doors are off of the '91 donor truck. Rear panels are the original '85 crewcab.

Here is a list of parts used from each truck.
1985 W350 CrewCab:
Frame
Body
T-case
Front axle
rear seat
rear doors
seat belts
fuel tank

1991.5 D250 reg. cab
engine
trans
rear axle
dash
heater box
all wiring
radiator
intercooler
core support
grill, headlights, turn signals
front seat
front doors
engine mounts

I also got some more pics for everyone.

Heath, Easier to swap engines. I did not have to make any body or frame mods to get the engine and drive train in. It was just a matter of pulling one out and putting it back in. I did make the wiring easier by using the '91 dash and cab wiring. The only wiring I had to adjust was the harness to the tail lights.

The stack is may get shorted, not sure yet. But with it that tall, it does ring in the cab.

Any way thanks for the comments. And if anyone has a question I will be glad to answer.
