Differences between 103 and 114 VE Pumps?
I stripped out the full power screw hole threads in my '90 CTD with a 114 pump. I picked up a 103 pump that appears to have never been apart. It still has the cap on the AFC and the cover on the full power screw. I was told it has 180K miles on it whereas my truck has 275K, so I might just swap the entire pump and put my 366 governor spring in it.
Does anyone know if there are internal differences, such as timing or delivery valves between the 103 and 114 pumps?
Might I be better off just swapping the AFC housings?

Definitely easier to swap the afc housing only if the rest of your pump works.
I don't know part numbers but there are differences between intercooled ve pumps and non intercooled pumps. Delivery valves/holders and the ksb being the big ones

I agree it would be easier just to replace the AFC housing, but if there's a benefit to using the whole pump with lower miles on it besides just that, I might replace the whole thing.
Waiting for the pump guru's to chime in!!
