Cummins to an Allison 1000 transmission

well the 5r110 is a 5 spd trans and the 6r140 is a 6 speed ford trans rated for 1400ft lbs I believe and the pcs controller is not that expensive. Overall the ford may be a cheaper option but it's hard to say. None of it will be cheap, that's for sure.
An a1000 is a nice trans too. Just consider your options and you'll be alright.
