Question Cruise control runaway? TPS-CPS sensors? Settings?

Well we changed to the 3k governor spring and did some more work on truck! Installed the 16cm housing! Well here is the problems we encountered-need a air gap setting number for the crank position sensor. Also the voltage for the TPS at idle. Here is the major problem-cruise contol is now at runaway-I set it and its speed increases about 15mph over its setting-so what do I do to correct this-any and all help would be appreciated-always-thanks in advance!

TPS should be 1.00v or slightly above at idle and at least 2.25 above that at max throttle

Measure at center wire..and don't lean on the battery while your using a paperclip to get a reading ..You'll get funky results..trust me

Adjust by turning the shaft on TPS. Underneath it using a small wrench..it's either 10 or 12 mm
