Here are some pics of the Crew Cab head liner and trim that I put in the company rig.

 

Did you make that, or buy it? I was just going to use some spray-in bed liner.

 

I made it out of a reg cab headliner and a ext cab headliner.

I just used stock dodge trim pieces. I cut masonite and covered it in vinyl for the b pillars. The trim where the headliners meet is a piece of floor transition moulding covered with vinyl. I had to cut stock pieces down shorter to go over the back doors.
