Compression pressures

Could someone chime in and tell me what the are the allowable compression pressures on a early 1st generation 89 12valve Cummins. I can't find any info on those spec's in my service manual.

Minimum 300 psi old engine, minimum 350psi new engine. No more than 100psi difference in any cylinder. Expect to see 350-450psi.

Yes, through the injector hole.

Need to buy, or make up out of an old injector, an adapter.
