Cleaning up my Smokey Mess

I've finished up the upgrades in my truck and now have a smokey mess, exactly what I was trying to avoid. My upgrades include DFF 5x12 injectors, Denny T stage 1 fuel pin, M&H Timing spacer, 60mm/16cm H1C turbo, 4 inch exhaust, and everything else thats in my signature.

I need some advice on how to clean this thing up. All the Hippies in their small little Eco cars aren't too happy with me, Lol, and I'm going in for a smog test this month. Up until I hit 8-10 psi of boost, its a smokey mess. Even light footing it to drive away from a stop still produces a constant stream of smoke from the pipe. Try to leave in a hurry and small cars disappear in the haze. I've adjusted the star wheel up till its flush with the treads, pulled the smoke screw all the way back, turned down the pump 2 turns, and raised the idle to accommodate. I even added a 1/8 spacer/washer to the AFC spring to try and tighten it up a little more. All of this has helped a lot since I first put it together but I need more.

I did keep my stock injectors and fuel pin and plan to reinstall them if I can't get this right. Is there something I'm missing here? How much further can I back off the power screw?

Thanks DTR in advance...

Mike
