cheap tune up
Well guys@gals I noticed the Beastie was a little on the down side and sluggish so I scratched my head to the reason why? Then It came too Me(Dummy) when was the last time you peaked at the air filter so, out it came and yep it was covered with bugs, rodents, small animals, and some feathers don`t ask on the last one ??? Well out came the filter charger spray hosed it down let it soak rinsed out set out in the AZ sun for a hour and bone dry, oiled it up and let it set 20min reoiled the dry spots let it set 20min then install back on the road and let it RRRIIIIIPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!! what a inprovement should have done it some time ago but you know how that goes. Its a simple thing to over look when was the last time you looked at yours(do you know what/what not your air filter is doing right now)
Re:cheap tune up
Ya gotta love these just for that reason eh...no spark plugs, wires, cap rotor to worry about....clean fuel and air and away we go. I am about to get at the valves soon, truck runs great but I don't know when they were done last so will have a look.
