Carrier Bearing Bushing

Yesterday, while I was changing the oil and greasing the front end I noticed that my drive shaft had about 1/2" of play. The play was coming from the carrier bearing bushing. The bearing itself seems fine, but the rubber bushing is worn out. The truck drives fine, and has no vibration. How difficult is it to replace the rubber bushing? Can I do it myself, or does it have to be pressed on by a shop?
