Sorry about the misspelling on the post title, dyslexia of the fingers is my only excuse!!

Just wanted to thank the folks who did writeups for the 1st Gen Forums!! I've been having issues with my TPS. I did some research here & determined that I should install a potentiometer to fix my problems. Found in the sticky, a writeup by Tuckerdee, with pictures, on how he installed the pot. I was a little concerned about doing this because I have ZERO knowledge about electronics. I followed the directions, took my time, rechecked my work with the directions & successfully installed the pot in only 20 minutes. The dang thing works like a champ!! Even got lucky & got the cruise control to work correctly with minimal adjustment!!!

Sorry to be so long, but I wanted ya'll to know how much your knowledge is appreciated!!
