The Best In Bushings

I was told by the people working on my front end that it needs new bushings. I have a two wheel drive truck and I want to know what would be the best bushings to put on, where to get them and can I do it in my garage not theirs?

Thanks

The shops I talked to use MOOG if the customer planned on keeping the vehicle. If you are changing them yourself be sure to torque the bolts with the tires resting on the ground - no floor jacks or jack stands should be supporting the vehicle.
