another wont start thread

driving home truck sputters and dies, try to crank key nothing, lights work ignition buzzer works, i smelt an electrical burn briefly. one of my orange fuse links fried. i put the ends together to test, turn the key and it cooks again. the starter seems to work and i took the relay apart and it seems to work there is no voltage at the fuel pump maybe because when i turn the key the fuse burns

it was just hanging by its wires from the harness under the dash, between the parking brake and clutch pedal has pink, yellow , and yellow /red stripe cant find it in the drawings so far

Check and see if you still have a dead short with it unhooked and the wires not touching. if the short is gone try the turn signals.
