Little black box??? I'm confused completely...

Did you remove the jumper ? What's the high side pressure?

What year is your truck?

Are you referring to the Cycling Switch that is mounted on the H-Valve?
This switch controls the compressor according to the suction line temperatures.

You may have shorted some components together while moving something, look and see that nothing is touching.

Could you post a picture?

Not shutting off is not always a bad thing; I replaced mine with a relay.

Ok now I am confused, Will it turn ON or not turn OFF?
Is this the box?

What exactly did you do to the box and the wiring when you said you took cover off of the little box and moved stuff around inside now the com won’t shut off

Here is what it looks like inside with the potting removed.

Here is the part number from the Dodge Dealer about 5 years ago so it might not be available anymore.

Temp Sensing Switch P.N.#56005783 (mounted on H block) $64.88 (takes 1 day to get.)

If it was bad I would replace it with a relay, but that is me.

NOTE swap Term.#85 & Term. #86 with 86 going to the battery, this was an error when I drew it up.

I just tried to order one a few days ago from dodgeparts.com and was told it's no longer available.
