We need close up pics of each individual pinstripe, lol

 

I think I found stripes at either autozone or pepboys that were VERY close to the originals except that I had to use 2 pieces for the stripes and have body color in between. That was after my own investigation found the dealers wanting $200 for them. You would have never known the difference on my truck.
