1991 1st Gen worth?

I am having to get rid of my 1991 Dodge 1st Gen. D250 and have no idea what it is worth(sell/offer price)? I have tried looking online but found mixed results.
It has just under 264,000 original miles on the non-intercooled engine.
1 original owner - yes, I am emotionally attached
Always in AZ so no rust.
Repainted from Silver to "Dodge" White
Interior is in good to very good condition
Exterior has a few dents but overall good condition
Runs well.
Just has a laundry list of things that should/could be done to it to make it run better and smoother.
Any opinions or anyone looking to purchase one?!?
Thanks

In my personal experience emotional attachment to anything that you want to sell doesn't work very well. For national exposure the Bring A Trailer website works pretty well although I'm not sure of the cost. The D series trucks are bringing more money now than they did a few years ago so there is that.

Mixed results is the norm. If it has sentimental value, best to keep for yourself.

You will likely find there is an irrational price gap between the intercooled and non-intercooled. It makes almost no difference. (I have multiples of both). Stock intercooler and piping fall short with performance mods anyway.

It's the Cummins engine that kept this series of trucks from extinction, and enough time has passed now that all things retro are cool. There's an increasing 'me too' attitude with the gas versions asking some high prices. The same truck was a hard-sell at $1000 10 years ago.

Pics would help. Rust free is a great big plus as these are getting very hard to find. You gave very few details. Auto? Manual? Options? Things it needs. Advertised in the right places like rust belt areas $8500-$10,000 isn't unheard of. Many people don't have money for toys right now. In my area I have seen the same trucks of Facebook market place sit for months. I offered $9500 on a D350LE club cab. The body was probably wrecked on the driver side. Bed was caty wampus. No rust underneath. Rebuilt Getrag, rebuilt suspension gobs of extra parts 5th wheel etc he turned it down. Last time I checked it was still listed a $17500. He was crazy, never did sell it.

This is a D250, and not a W250?

What is my 1st gen worth? The same amount it would cost to replace it with something as good, like another 1st gen.

Thanks for all the comments so far. Though its my baby (emotionally attached) I do have to get rid of it sooner than later. I just want to make sure I get a "fair" price for what it is and of course that's the tough question. It's the base model 2 wheel drive (D250) single cab with automatic transmission, AC, no factory up grades like electric windows etc. I redid the interior with sound proofing and new headliner and vinyl flooring. It just passed AZ emissions and drives fine...engine purrs just like it always has! It's just a 91 that could have many more things done to it to make it have a smoother ride, improve performance, r/r old parts etc. I will take some pictures at some point I just haven't got that far because the truck is not stored at my home. I plan on eventually putting it on FB marketplace to start and see how that goes.

The 2wd with a 3spd auto trans (no OD) is the bargain-basement configuration Cummins truck. It won't tow heavy very well (3.07 axle ratio) and won't be a highway flyer (no OD).

That said, the 2wd is the smoothest-riding. My D250 is the default-driver for this reason - just like my old '66 C10 Chevy was.
