What oil do you use

what oil do you guys run in the motor?

is the cummins blue oil by valvoline worth the money?

Rottella 15w-40 with fleetguard filters for my truck, I've never had any expierience with the valveline oil.

thanks for the replys

The reason i ask is my local baldwin filter shack told me yesterday that cummins no longer recomends rotella. been using rotella for 120,000 miles in the truck and for 14 years in our bobcats and equitment.

I use Rotella-T 15w/40 and Moble 1 filter (M1-403) with Lucas H.D. Oil Treatment (20%). The Mobile 1 filter is easier to find than Fleetguard and shockingly produces great filtering numbers.

Please, stay away from the Fram filter for the Dodge Ram. Its crap!
