What does your voltmeter read on average?

What does your voltmeter read on average?
What is the EXACT position of your voltmeter needle?

I have one of these on all the time, it let me know if the grid heaters are working, led turns red when grids are on, easy way to read volts also. Got it at Walmart. $14

Right now its at 13.5v (i think)
